Had a perfect stay for a long overdue relaxing weekend away. Everything was very good. - Booked a standard king room with a great balcony set in stunning bush and loved it. - the location was nice and ideal. - the track to flat rock was not too far away from the hotel.

The location for Pauanui was stunning and lovely, so close to the rainforest and the outskirts of town and western coast of North island, of New Zealand. The superior queen room was new-fashioned, included a shower and hair dryers. Truly enjoyed their good service.

The breakfast here is excellent, and the coffee could use some improvement.

Beautiful setting and wonderful decor in the rooms and in the main building.

We ordered room service and it took over an hour to arrive and was not what we had ordered - this was the only minor drawback to an otherwise perfect stay.

Property was luxurious, we greatly enjoyed this place.

The setting was marvellous, very close to the forest overlooking a beautiful bay on the Coromandel Penninsula in New Zealand. Also, we could visit Royal Billy Point, it was 10 minutes' drive away.

The accommodation was spacious and luxurious. the staff were extraordinarily friendly, from reception to the new restaurant manager. the resort is located in an incredible and gorgeous location near the hillside, the bay, and the bar/restaurant.

The property is first-rate, it has accommodating staff on shift. This hotel offers marvellous and beautiful location near the sea side, and Hot Water beach. There's Miha Restaurant within 5 minutes walk or so, enjoyed their menu.

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely charming, with its relaxed lodge-style ambiance and beautiful native bush surroundings. The main building had a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for senior people like myself. The large outdoor deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean provided breathtaking views and a peaceful spot to unwind and enjoy nature's beauty.

It would have been even better if the children working there could have been more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

The location was ideal, really close to Grand Mercure Puka Park Resort for 2 nights. the forest overlooking a beautiful bay on the Coromandel Peninsula was a fantastic view. - Brilliantly helpful and very amiable staff made the experience even better. - Everything at the resort was really good.

The location here is stunning, surrounded by a lush hillside, mountains, bay, and a gorgeous beach, plus we were able to easily visit a nearby golf club.

The restaurant staff were excellent and the dishes were very pleasant, the location was perfect, just a short walk from a trail nearby.
